湖南省临床葡萄糖测定室内质量控制图的初步分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省临床实验室室内质控的基本情况。方法对湖南省236家实验室264份葡萄糖质控图进行分析。结果主要存在的问题有：①质控限太宽（CV值过大）；②质控物浓度选择不当；③质控图信息不全；④质控数据不正确；⑤无失控分析。结论湖南省目前的室内质控情况尚需进一步改善。Objective To learn the basic situation of internal quality control of clinical laboratory in Hunan province. Methods 264 quality control charts of detection of glucose from 236 clinical laboratory in Hunan province were analyzed. Results The main problems were as follows：（1）Control limit was too wide（CV was too big）;（2）Choice of concentration of quality control substance was inappropriate ;（3）Information of quality control charts was incomplete ;（4）Data quality control was incorrect ;（5）Out-of-control reasons were not analyzed. Conclusion The current situation of internal quality control is still not optimistic in Hunan province. Basic knowledge and awareness of quality control need to be further enhanced.
