摘  要:[目的]为阐明桉树黛袋蛾成灾机理从而有效地控制该害虫。[方法]通过人工饲养的方法研究不同桉树品种叶片化学成分含量对黛袋蛾幼虫取食及体内纤维素酶活性的影响。[结果]桉树叶片中总糖、还原糖、游离氨基酸、类黄酮、酚类等物质的含量明显影响黛袋蛾幼虫对桉树叶片的取食量。黛袋蛾幼虫取食不同的桉树叶片后,其体内纤维素酶活性有明显的差异。窿缘桉具有较强的抗虫性,与其具有较高的类黄酮、酚类等物质的含量以及幼虫取食后体内纤维素酶活性水平较低有一定关系。[结论]桉树的抗虫性与其化学成分含量及取食后昆虫体内的纤维素酶活性有关。[ Objective ] In order to illuminate the mechanism of insect pest for effectively controlling. [ Methods ] The effects of different eucalyptus species on feeding amount and activity of cellulase of D. tertia Templeton were studied by artificial rearing. [ Results ] The food consumption of D. tertia Templeton to eucalyptus leaves were obviously influenced by the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, free amino acid, flavonoid, phenols and so on. After feeding on different leaves of eucalyptus, the activity of cellulase of D. tertia Templeton was obviously different. E. Protruding exhibited a strong ability of insect resistance, which was concerned with the high content of flavonoid and phenol in leaves of eucalyptus and the low activity of cellulase in D. tertia Templeton after feeding on E. Protruding leaves. [ Conclusion ] The insect resistance of eucalyptus was concerned with its chemical composition contents and the activity of cellulose in insect feeding on eucalyptus leaves.
