基于理论最值标准化法的区域生态环境质量评价研究——以海南省儋州市松涛水库集水区为例

摘　　要：在前人研究成果的基础上,建立了生态环境质量评价指标体系;运用理论最值标准化法创建了既可对单个区域又可对多时段、多区域进行评价的生态环境质量评价模型,解决了以往只能相对评价多个区域生态环境质量,不能评价单个区域生态环境质量的问题;运用上述模型对海南省儋州市松涛水库集水区生态环境质量进行评价,评价结果显示该评价体系是科学的、可行的,纵横向可比性较强。Based on the previous researches results, the eco-environmental quality evaluation index system has been established. An eco-environmental quality evaluation model is establish by applying Normalization of the Extreme Value that can evaluate not single region but also multiple periods and cross-region. It can solve the problem that the previous evaluation can only make the eco-environmental quality evaluation to multiple periods but fail to the single period. Then the model was used to make an eco-environmental quality evaluation of Songtao Reservoir watershed. The results showed that the evaluation system is scientific, doable, and the lateral and vertical comparability is good.
