摘 要:[目的]探讨CaCl2在月季切花瓶插过程中的保鲜效果。[方法]以月季"红衣主教"为试验材料,研究在月季瓶插过程中,3种不同浓度5、10和15 g/L的CaCl2对月季切花的外观品质,瓶插寿命,鲜重变化率及水分平衡值的影响。[结果]结果表明,3种不同浓度的CaCl2处理,均可以不同程度地促进月季切花吸水,增大切花鲜重,维持水分平衡,延缓切花变色和弯头时间,延长瓶插寿命。其中5 g/LCaCl2处理效果最好,瓶插寿命比对照延长约3 d。[结论]5 g/LCaCl2+蒸馏水+200 mg/L8-羟基喹啉是该试验最好的处理方法。[ Objective ] The pureose aimed to discuss the effect of CaCl2 on the vase life of cut rose. [ Method] The impacts of 5,10 and 15 g/L CaCl2 on the appearance of quality, vase life, changes in the rate of fresh weight and water balance of cut-rose "Kardinal" during the vase process were conducted. [ Results]The results indicated that three different concentrations of CaC12 could promote water absorption,increase the fresh weight, maintain water balance, delay the time of discoloration and bending and extend vase-life of cut rose in varying levels. Of them, the effects of 5 g/L CaCl2 was the most significant, which could extend about 3 days of vase life than the control. [ Conclusion] 5 g/L CaCl2 + distilled water + 200 mg/L 8-HQ is the optimum treatmenr in the experiment.
