摘　　要：大学生是未来全面建设小康社会的生力军,高校思想政治教育工作是促进大学生全面发展的重要手段。而当前思想政治教育工作却落后于时代步伐,表现出滞后性,思想政治教育实效性的低迷也为社会舆论和理论界所诟病。改进和加强高校思想政治教育工作需着重把握三大原则:一是以人为本;二是与时俱进;三是与实践相结合。Ideological and political education of college students is the vital way to heap students to grow up healthily, who are the vital force of social construction. While the current ideological and political education has lagged behind the pace of society development, being criticized by the public opinions and theorists. To improve and strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we need to focus on three main principles： firstly, to be people--oriented; secondly, to be up-dated; thirdly, to combine with practice.
