摘　　要：我国社区卫生服务纳入医疗保险支付工作正处于发展阶段,青岛市走在全国的前列。对青岛市医疗保险社区工作的现状进行了描述和分析,介绍了实施分步走战略的发展进程,总结了三年以来取得的成效,并针对目前存在的一些亟待解决的问题,提出了相关政策建议。The community health services into urban medical insurance in China have entered a developing phase, Qingdao is a pioneer. This paper described and analyzed the current situation of the health insurance services at the community level in Qingdao, introduced the development process of implementing the strategy of systematically,summarized the achievements of the past three years, and made related policy recommendations for some problems that need urgent solution.
