高度近视患者周边视网膜变性预防性光凝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨有周边视网膜变性或伴裂孔的高度近视患者进行预防性氩离子激光光凝的临床特征和治疗效果。方法高度近视患者常规行散瞳三面镜眼底检查,对明确有周边视网膜变性或伴干性裂孔的95例(109只眼)行氩离子眼底激光光凝治疗。结果接受氩离子眼底激光光凝术95例(109只眼)高度近视患者的眼底周边视网膜变性区或干性裂孔区封闭良好,色素斑形成明显。光凝术后随访6个月以上,所有行激光治疗患者均未发生孔源性视网膜脱离。结论高度近视眼患者眼底有周边视网膜变性或伴裂孔者,作预防性视网膜光凝术处理能有效地防止孔源性视网膜脱离的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of argon laser photocoagulation on the high myopia with peripheral retinal degeneration or hole. Methods By Goldmann three mirror contact lens examination, 109 eyes of 95 patients with high myopia were detect with peripheral retinal degeneration or retinal hole,and they were treated with argon laser photocoagulation. Results The retinal condition of 109 eyes of 95 patients with high myopia was stable after by argon laser photocoagulation followed up 6 months. Conclusion Effect of argon laser photocnagulation on the high myopia with peripheral retinal degeneration or hole is confirmed. It is an important method to prevent retinal detachment.
