师范大学生一般自我效能感、社交焦虑及其关系研究

摘　　要：目的了解师范大学生一般自我效能感和社交焦虑现状,并探讨两者间的关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和交往焦虑量表,对200名师范大学生进行测量。结果师范大学生一般自我效能感性别差异非常显著,而年级、城乡、是否独生子女差异不显著;师范大学生社交焦虑的年级差异显著,而性别、城乡、是否独生子女差异不显著;师范大学生一般自我效能感与社交焦虑存在显著负相关。结论一般自我效能感是影响师范大学生社交焦虑的重要因素。Objective To learn General Self-efficacy and Social Anxiety conditions of the Normal University Students, To explore the relationship between both.Methods By using GSES and IAS,200 students of the Normal University were tested. Results There were significant difference of General Self-efficacy between male and female, and there were no significant difference in grade, urban and rural, whether only sons and daughters：There were significant difference of Social Anxiety among grade, and there were no significant difference in sex, urban and rural, whether only sons and daughters,There were significant negative correlation between General Self-efficacy and Social Anxiety of the Normal University Students. Conclusion The General Self-efficacy is a very important factor on Social Anxiety of the Normal University students.
