nm23-H_1 在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学染色法，检测了８０例膀胱癌组织ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１的表达情况。结果表明，ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１在膀胱癌中表达总阳性率为６４％（５１／８０）；ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１表达水平随癌细胞分化程度增高而增高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｔ１期与Ｔ２～３期表达水平相比，Ｔ１期高于Ｔ２～３期（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示检测ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１表达水平有助于判断膀胱癌的恶性程度。To elucidate its clinical significance in human bladder cancer,the expression of nm23H1 was detected by immunohistochemical technique.Of the 80 specimens,51(64%) showed positive staining.The immunoreactivity of nm23H1 protein was positively correlated with the cancer cell differentiation(P<0.05).However,no significant relationship was found between the immunoreactivity and the clinical stage(P>0.05),although the immunoreactivity was higher in early stage(T1).The results suggest that the immunoreactivity of nm23H1 protein might serve as a valuable marker for the assessment of malignance of bladder cancer.
