急性非T淋巴细胞白血病的免疫表型与临床特点的研究

摘　　要：按Ｒｏｂｅｒｔ的诊断标准，将用一组敏感特异的单克隆抗体诊断的１３５例急性非Ｔ淋巴细胞白血病（ＮＴ－ＡＬＬ）分为４组ＮＴ－ＡＬＬⅠ～Ⅳ，均不同程度地接受化疗，在随访的９９例中，ＮＴ－ＡＬＬⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组缓解率和１年存活率均高于ＮＴ－ＡＬＬⅡ；儿童组１年存活率显著高于成人组。One hundred and thirty five petients with leukemia were diagnosed as nonT acute lymphocytic leukmia(NTALL) by using a group of sensitive and specific monoclonal antibodies.The patients were divided into four groups by the Rober's criteria.The followup studies of 99 cases showed that patients in group Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ had higher complete remission rate and oneyear survival rate than those in group Ⅱ.It was also found that the prognosis of children was better than that of adults.
