摘　　要：对酶联免疫法测定猪肉中克伦特罗残留量的测量不确定度进行评定。分析影响酶联免疫法测定猪肉中克伦特罗残留量的测量不确定度的因素,并对各因素进行评定,计算的不确定度为0.0134μg/kg。Evaluate the uncertainty of detection of clenbuterol residue in pork by ELISA. Analysis the factor which have effects on the uncertainty of detection of clenbuterol residue in pork by ELISA and quantiate it. In this detection the uncertainty of the result is 0.013 4 μg/kg.
