弹性小吸盘用于全口义齿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨弹性小吸盘对全口义齿满意度的影响。方法:选择20例因牙槽嵴条件差而导致全口义齿固位不良修复失败的患者,重新进行义齿修复。于使用原义齿和使用吸盘式义齿后1周、3个月、6个月、1年进行满意度调查,用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:使用弹性小吸盘后,在固位效果、咀嚼功能、舒适度方面的满意度都有显著性提高(P<0.01);使用3个月、6个月和1年后的满意度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:因牙槽嵴重度吸收导致全口义齿固位不良的患者,使用弹性小吸盘后可提高义齿使用的满意度。Objective： To investigate the effect of small flexible sucker on satisfaction of patients with complete denture. Methods： 20 edentulous patients with poor condition of alveolar ridge failed in treating with complete denture. Then complete denture with small flexible sucker was used to re-treat. The differences of satisfaction after the small flexible sucker was used in complete denture for one week, three months, six months and one year were assessed by satisfaction question- naire. The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS l 3.0 statistics software. Results： The satisfaction with complete denture was statistically different after the use of small flexible sucker. Satisfaction, comfort, mastication and stability were all sig- nificantly improved （P〈0.01）. Satisfaction after three months, six months and one year was not statistically different （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Small flexible sucker can be use to improve the satisfaction of edentulous patients with complete denture with poor condition of alveolar ridge treated.
