摘　　要：面对社会信息化的冲击,越来越多的企业开始选择远程的方式来开展培训。在各大网络教育学院从远程学历教育向远程非学历教育的转型过程中,对于如何根据远程培训的教学特点开展和支持培训评价成为亟待解决的问题。该文介绍了开展的远程培训评价支持系统的研究与设计,包括系统的设计理念、系统的流程分析、系统中评价支持策略的设计以及详细采集信息等。另外,还包括了系统用户角色设计、功能简要设计和数据库设计,这些为系统的功能实现奠定了基础。Along with the impact of information technology, more and more enterprises choose distance training. In distance education, the separation between teachers and learners brings the flexible learning style, but it also disturbs the management of the learning process, so completing quality monitoring and evaluation system of distance education is needed. The article makes an introduction about design idea, work flow of the system, users design and the database design of the distance training tracking and support system of evaluation.
