实验教学与科研实验室融合运行的问题和发展趋势初探

摘　　要：在一些综合性重点大学纷纷转向大类招生的教学模式下,基于专业方向建立的教学实验室开始处于相对空闲的境地。随着国家对科研的重视和科研投入的加大,科研须处在学科探索研究前沿的必要,科研实验室通常配备有先进的仪器设备,但在发展地域空间和管理上存在一定的矛盾。基于教学和科研实验室各自在运行的存在的问题,分析了将实验教学和科研实验室融合运行的优点和发展趋势,并就在融合运行中的实验管理工作人员工作和实验管理体制方面进行了探索。Some universities are transforming the original teaching mode into wide-scope subject oriented mode of recruiting undergraduates, the traditional and specialty based teaching laboratory is becoming much idle. With increased funding and much emphasis on scientific research, and in a demand to be in the frontline of research area, the research oriented laboratory usually is equipped with advanced instruments and equipment. The rapid expanding in research has caused some problems such as crowed experiment space and nonstandard management. In considering both issues in teaching and research laboratory status, the merit and development related matters are discussed, the technical worker role and management system are explored.
