摘　　要：报告1例发生于乳房的乳头状汗管囊腺瘤。患者男,46岁。左侧乳头周围出现鲜红色草莓样结节20余年,进行性增大10余年。皮损组织病理检查:表皮棘层肥厚,乳头状增生,局部呈绒毛状突起伴腺腔样结构,腔壁和绒毛状突起内衬2层细胞,近腔侧细胞为高柱状上皮细胞,胞质较丰富,呈嗜酸性,核卵圆形,有分泌;外层细胞呈立方形,核圆深染,类似肌上皮细胞,间质内有较多炎性细胞浸润,以浆细胞为主。A case of syringocystadenoma papilliferum occurred in the breast of a 46-year-old male patient is reported. In his left breast around the nipple there were bright red strawberry-like nodules more than 20 years, which increased progres-sively for more than 10 years. Pathological examination showed epidermal acanthosis and papillary proliferation, regional processes with a nipple villi gland cavity-like structure,the cavity wall and the villi lining two-tier cell. By the cavity-side the high cylindrical cells were epithelial cells with rich plasma, eosinophilic, nuclie being oval. The outer cells were square, with round byperchronmatic nuclie similar to muscle cells and in the stroma there were more inflammatory infiltrations,mainly plasma cells.
