劈核勾联合显微镊劈核技术在小切口非超声乳化白内障术中应用

摘　　要：目的评价劈核勾联合显微镊分核技术在白内障摘除术中的应用效果。方法对141例白内障采用劈核勾联合显微镊劈核技术进行人工晶状体植入术，观察术后视力及术中、术后并发症。结果术后患者的手术外切口的弦长均小于5．5mm，术后1周矫正视力0．5者85例（60％）；术后3个月矫正视力0．5者为124例（88％），平均散光度为（0．83±0．64）D。术中及术后并发症少见。结论劈核勾联合显微镊劈分核法简便、安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of chopper combine with micro-forceps unclear chopping technique for cataract extraction surgery.Methods Chopper combine with micro-forceps unclear chopping technique were used in 141 cases cataract surgery.Then observe the vision recover astigmatism and complication of this surgery.Result The length of external incision less than 5.5mm in this group.The corrected visual acuity 0.5 in 85 eyes （60%）one week and 124eyes （88%）three months after the operation. There were seldom complication were found in this group.Conclusion Chopper combine with micro-forceps chopping unclear technique is an economic, safety method for cataract surgery.
