改良自体巩膜覆盖义眼台植入术

摘　　要：目的探讨眼内容摘除术后一期植入羟基磷灰石义眼台（HA）的方法，以预防术后植入物暴露。方法眼内容摘除后将自体巩膜分为两半，剪断视神经，将两半巩膜前移呈帽状覆盖植入的HA前部。结果随访6～18月，本组19只眼均无义眼台暴露发生。术后眼窝饱满，义眼台活动好。结论此术式方法简单、效果好，可有效避免义眼台暴露的发生。Objective To investigate the approach ofhydroxyapatite（HA）implantation after ophthalmo-contents extirpation,in order to avoid implant exposure.Methods Autogeneie sclera is divided to two halves after ophthalmo-contents extirpation, shear optic nerve and remove the halves sclera forward, to coat the head of HA resembling cap.Results follow-up times were 6-18 months,none of the 19 eyes occurred HA exposure.Each fossa orbital was well-stacked,and HA acted well after operation.Conclusion The method is convenient, good therapeutic effect, and it can avoid HA exposure effectively.
