摘  要:初次进行离心运动容易引起运动性肌肉损伤,但是间隔一定时间重复相同的离心运动后肌肉损伤明显减轻的现象被认为是肌肉适应的结果,也被称作运动的重复效应或保护效应。很多因素可以影响到重复效应的效果,其中初次训练损伤恢复期的训练,小负荷量与强度的预先训练以及连续训练的适应效果仍需要更多更详细的研究。重复效应的具体机制目前尚不明确,很可能是细胞适应,连接组织适应以及神经适应等多种机制相互作用的结果。An unfamiliar, predominantly eccentric exercise frequently induced muscle damage. However, the muscle damage would be reduced after a repeated bout of similar eccentric exercise, which is regarded as the "repeated bout effect" or "protective effect". Many factors can influence the characteristics of repeated bout effect, including the repairing of the muscle damage induced by the first exercise, the interval between the exercises, the intensity of the first exercises and the training. Despite numerous studies clearly demonstrated the repeated bout effect, there is little consensus as to the actual mechanism. It is possible that the repeated bout effect occurs through the interaction of various neural, connective tissue and cellular factors.
