摘　　要：结合期刊工作在高校图书馆文献信息资源管理中的重要地位,阐述了高校图书馆实现以人为本的期刊管理工作的几种途径和方法。By combining the important position of periodical work in literature information resource management in university libraries,the paper has elaborated the ways and methods of humanized management of periodical work in university libraries.
