摘　　要：在设计实现的基于嵌入式Web的远程视频监控系统上,引入了运动目标检测,将帧间运动信息和帧间边缘信息相融合,提出了一种运动目标检测的新算法,能够对监控范围内人员的非法入侵或非法移动进行侦测和识别,根据识别结果,发出相应的警报,从而实现了监控系统的智能化。实验结果表明,这种检测方法算法简单、运算量小,适合于实时应用。In this paper, remote video monitoring system is came true based on embedded web server, and moving target monitoring is introduced. A new moving target detection algorithm, using the information of movement between frames and inter_frame Edge, was introduced. It can have an alarm, if the scope of monitor has the illegal invasion or detect illegal movement, and then it cans recognition the thing of invasion. Thus the intelligent functional was Achieved. Experimental results show that the detection method can be application expediently, for small complexity of computing and real-time.
