摘  要:目的研究大鼠慢性高眼压模型制作方法.方法33只Wistar大鼠随机分为高眼压组(15只),假手术对照组(15只),正常组(3只).高眼压组:双极水下电凝器电凝右眼巩膜表面3组涡静脉以及角膜缘周围血管;Sham对照组:双极水下电凝器仅电凝右眼巩膜表面非血管区;正常组:不做任何处理.术前、术后3d、1周、2周、4周、6周、8周均检测大鼠双眼眼压.结果高眼压组术后各时间点眼压明显升高(P<0.01).结论水下电凝巩膜表面静脉是一种有效的制作大鼠慢性青光眼模型的方法.Objective To study the establishing method of the chronic intraocular hypertension model of rat. Methods 33 Wistar rats were divided into the ocular hypertension group (15), Sham control group (15),and normal group (3) in random. Ocular hypertension group: using under water bipolar electrocoagulation condensate 3 episcleral and limbal veins on the right eyes of rats; Sham control group: Using under water bipolar electrocoagulation condensate rats episcleral area of no veins; Normal group: Do nothing. We measured IOP of the rats before operation, at 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks after operation. Result IOP of right eye was elevated obviously after operation in ocular hypertension group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The chronic intraocular hypertension model can be successfully established by electrocoagulating 3 episcleral and limbal veins.
