高校教职工工作家庭冲突对健康状况影响的研究

摘　　要：目的运用工作家庭冲突(work family conflict,WFC)量表对云南省某高校教职工进行调查,以研究工作家庭冲突对教职工生理健康和心理健康的影响.方法在对某高校1244名教职工进行横断面调查的基础上,分析教职人员工作家庭冲突及身心健康得分在不同性别间分布的差异,同时运用Logistic回归研究工作家庭冲突对教职人员身心健康可能产生的影响.结果高校教职工工作家庭冲突得分在不同性别间存在差异(P<0.01),男性高于女性;男性心理健康状况的下降与工作致家庭冲突和家庭致工作冲突均有关联(P<0.01或P<0.05);女性生理健康状况的下降主要与工作致家庭冲突有关,而心理健康状况的下降与工作致家庭冲突和家庭致工作冲突均有关联(P<0.01),影响男女两性身心健康状况的冲突因素不尽相同.结论工作家庭冲突的增加已经对高校教职人员的健康状况产生一定影响;建议针对不同性别制定相应的干预措施缓解这一群体面临的冲突.Objective The aim of this study was （WFC） measured by work family conflict questionnaire to investigate the association between work family conflict and health functioning among university staff. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in a sample of 1 244 subjects, working in a university in Kunming. The scores of WFC and health functioning were compared between different gender, and Logistic regression was used for examining the association between all dimensions of work family conflict and health functioning. RbsultS It was found that the scores of two dimensions of WFC （work-to-family conflict and family-to-work） and health functioning were different between men and women （P 〈 0.01 ）. In male staff, the declined mental health was associated with both dimensions of WFC （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Whereas in female staff, the declined physical health was mainly associated with work-to-family conflict; and the declined of mental health was associated with both dimensions of WFC （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The work family conflict has significant impact on the health functioning among university staff. Some intervention strategies considering gender should be taken into account to reduce work family conflict.
