恶性淋巴瘤血清sIL-6R检测的临床意义

摘　　要：为了解可溶性白细胞介素６受体（ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ）在恶性淋巴瘤（ＭＬ）中的作用及意义，运用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测３０例ＭＬ患者及２０例正常对照者血清ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ浓度。结果表明：Ⅳ期ＭＬ患者明显高于正常对照及Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者；未缓解组（２３例）明显高于缓解组（７例）；Ｐ均＜０．０１；Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期及缓解组与正常对照组相差不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示血清ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ浓度与ＭＬ患者病情有关，可作为临床判断病情的良好指标。In　order　to　investigate　the　function　and　significance　of　soluble　interleukin　6　receptor　(sIL6R)　in　malignant　lymphoma(ML),　we　determined　the　serum　sIL6R　concentrations　of　30　ML　patients　and　20　normal　controls　using　ELISA　method.　Our　results　showed　that　the　serum　concentrations　of　sIL6R　at　stage　Ⅳ　in　ML　were　significantly　higher　than　those　of　normal　controls　and　ML　at　stage　Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(P<0.01),　and　those　of　unremission　group　(23　cases)　also　significantly　higher　than　those　of　remissoin　group　(P<0.01),　there　were　no　significant　differences　among　ML　at　stage　Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,　remission　group　and　normal　controls.　That　means　the　serum　concentration　of　IL6R　in　ML　has　relation　with　disease　progressing.　It　is　a　useful　maker　in　reflecting　disease　severity　in　ML.　Its　value　in　clinical　practice　and　its　clinical　significance　in　ML　need　further　investigation.
