摘　　要：葛兰西的文化领导权思想是在其实践哲学基础上提出的配合无产阶级革命的具体理论,它是对马克思主义意识形态学说的继承和发展。他认为任何社会集团要想获得和维护政治领导权就必须首先占有文化领导权,而文化领导权的占有,主要是通过社会中的知识分子阶层来实现的。因此,教育和培养自己的知识分子阶层是无产阶级革命的必备条件之一,要实现这一目的就必须使知识分子自觉地同人民群众紧密地联系在一起。The thought of Gramsci＇s cultural hegemony is the special theory which works in the proletarian revolution on the basis of the praxis philosophy. It is the creative development of Marxist theory of ideology. He believes that any social group which wants to obtain and maintain political leadership must firstly possess the fight of cultural leadership. And possession of the cultural leadership is realized by the organic intellectual. Therefore, educating and developing their own intellectual class of the proletarian revolution is one of the conditions necessary to achieve this goal. We must ensure that the intellectuals consciously contact with the people closer together.
