摘 要:采用有机微滤-超滤膜分离系统,两阶段截留发酵液中残留的菌体、蛋白质和悬浮固体颗粒,建立了微滤-超滤有机膜两步法过滤工艺,解决了一步法超滤过程中的膜通量低的难题。膜通量由8.25 L/(m2.h)提高至32 L/(m2.h),色素去除率、蛋白去除率及产品回收率可分别达到58.5%、97.6%和87.0%。另外,采用0.01 mol/L NaOH、自来水和0.1 mol/L HCl间歇替换清洗可有效恢复膜通量。The micro-filtration and ultra-filtration organic membrane system was applied to extract L- threonine from broth and its two-step process for removing protein, biomass and suspended solid granule was established. The process resolved the lower membrane flux difficulties of one step ultra-filtration process. The removal ratio of protein and pigment was 97.6 % and 58.5 % respectively. The ultra-filtration flux was increased from 8.25 L/(m^2· h) to 32 L/(m^2·h) and the recovery ratio of L-threonine was 87.0%. In addition, membrane flux can be resumed efficiently with intermittent replacement of 0.01mol/L NaOH, tap water and 0. 1mol/L HCl.
