摘　　要：随着信息化的推进,组织在信息技术上的投资不断增加,信息技术对组织绩效影响成为研究者所关注的问题。本文对相关文献进行回顾,并从中提炼出基于中介变量和调节变量的研究新视角。在此基础上本文提出了信息技术对组织绩效影响的整合模型,该模型引入IT能力作为中介变量,引入IT治理模式作为调节变量。With the development of informationization,many companies invest heavily in information technology.Academics focus on the impact of information technology on organizational performance.After reviewing the literature,this paper put forward a new perspective based on mediator variable and moderator variable.At the end of this paper,we propose an integration model about the impact of information technology on organizational performance,which introduce the IT capability and IT governance as mediator variable and moderator variable respectively.
