摘  要:使用真空感应熔炼制备CuNiMnFe合金,对合金均匀化前后的微观组织进行分析,并研究了淬火工艺、时效工艺对合金性能的影响。结果表明:CuNiMnFe合金进行800℃,8 h的均匀化处理后,合金成分分布均匀;合金采用热锻及时效热处理工艺即可达到强化效果,经440℃,44 h时效处理后,室温抗拉强度≥1240 MPa,硬度≥370 HV,400℃时抗拉强度≥990 MPa。CuNiMnFe alloy was prepared by vacuum induction melting. The microstructure of alloy before and after uniform heat treatment was analyzed. The effect of quenching and aging processing on the properties of the alloy was researched as well. showed that the component of the alloy distributed after uniform heat treatment at The results was uniform 800 ℃ for 4 h. The alloy was strengthened after hot-forging and aging iheat treatment. When aged at 440 ℃ for 44 h, the tensile strength and hardness could reach 1240 MPa and 370HV at room temperature, the tensile strength could reach 990 MPa at 400 ℃.
