摘　　要：针对当今本科学生就业困难的窘境,结合地方大学实际,阐述了教育教学改革方面的八项创新,即教书育人创新;教学内容创新;教学方法创新;实验内容创新;实验考试创新;复习环节创新;研究能力创新;师生互动创新,旨在为地方大学的教育、教学及改革提供参考。Aiming at the difficult situations of employment faced by undergraduates nowadays and combining the actual conditions of local universities, eight innovations on education and teaching are elaborated, including imparting knowledge and educating people, teaching contents, teaching methods, experimental contents, examination contents, revision link, research ability and interaction between teachers and students. The purpose is to provide reference for the local universities on education and teaching reform.
