摘  要:目的:使护生在四周内比较熟悉手术室的特殊工作环境和性质。方法:减轻护生对手术室的心理压力,每周制定实习计划并组织实施,强化带教意识,提高带教老师专业知识、技术水平和责任感,尽量多为护生提供操作机会。结果:减轻护生对手术室的恐惧感,更加热爱手术室工作,使护生在四周内无菌操作和理论考核达标率100%,顺利完成实习大纲的要求。结论:每周制定实习计划,提高带教老师专业知识、技术水平和责任感可明显提高带教效果。Objective Let the students master the special working circumstance in operation room in four weeks. Method Reducing the student's pressure to operation room, making practicing program every week and perform it, improving the teacher' s knowledge, technique and duty mention, and offering more operation chances for students. Results The students' fear to operation room were reduced, and they loved the job much more. They mastered the job both in theory and in practice, and complete the practice Successfully. Conclusion Making practicing program every week and perform it, improving the teacher' s knowledge, technique and duty mention can elevate the teaching effect.
