摘  要:用0.25 mg/mL拟康氏木霉胞外多糖(TPeps-2)处理黄瓜幼苗,处理叶(第1片真叶)中游离态和结合态水杨酸的含量均上升.其中游离态水杨酸(SA)含量在第2天开始显著增高,第3天到达峰值,比对照增加了近1.4倍(138.46%),结合态水杨酸(SAG)含量第3天达到峰值,比对照增加了1.7倍多(172.39%).SAG的峰值(240.09 ng/g FW)要大于SA的峰值(196.73 ng/g FW),峰值后SAG的含量均高于SA的含量.系统叶(第2片真叶)中SA和SAG含量同处理叶中的趋势呈正相关,但系统叶中SA和SAG的含量均低于处理叶的同期相应值,说明直接处理的诱导作用更明显.实验表明TPeps-2具有诱导子功能.The contents of both the free salicylic acid (SA) and conjugated salicylic acid (SAG) in cucumber leaves treated by an exopolysaccharide produced by Trichoderma pseudokoningii (named TPeps-2) had a significant increasing compared with controlling. The content of SA both in treated leaves and in systemic leaves of cucumber increased to the maximum value on 3rd day after treated, by 238.46 % and 219.90 % respectively compared with controlling. The content of SAG in treated and systemic leaves of cucumber increased faster than SA, it increased to the maximum value on 3rd day by 272.39 % in treated cucumber leaves and 251.79 % in systemic leaves respectively. The SA as an endogenous signal in systemic acquired resistance has been documented, so results showed that TPeps-2 may be an effective elicitor.
