摘　　要：人乳腺珠蛋白（hMAM）是一种分泌型球蛋白，在乳腺癌组织中高表达，具有乳腺组织特异性。hMAM是一种良好的乳腺肿瘤标志物，具有重要的临床应用价值，对乳腺癌早期诊断与鉴别诊断具显著意义，并为乳腺癌的免疫治疗、基因治疗提供广阔的应用前景。Human mammaglobin is a secretoglobin which highly expressed in breast cancer and possessing breast tissue specially. Mammaglobin is a good marker of breast cancer and is important in clinical. It is helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis in early breast cancer,and is used for immunotherapy and gene therapy in breast cancer. Application of mammaglobin in breast cancer treatment is a new hot spot in basic and clinical research.
