摘　　要：本文通过对近视眼发生发展、近视眼的流行病学研究、调节理论的回归、早发性近视与迟发性近视、持续的近距工作与近视、离焦的实验性研究等专题的文献综述，提出近视眼的发生、发展可能与多种因素有关。并对基于调节理论干预近视发展的各种尝试，结合临床实践谈了一些看法。尝试用棱镜改变注视方向，配合正球镜对近视进展患者加以控制。This article summarized the literatures about development oi myopia, epidemiologic study of myopia, recurrence of accommodation theory, early onset myopia, late onset myopia, persistent near work, experiment of myopia and defocus, and so on. The development of myopia is related to many factors. Based on various regulation to interfere in the development of myopia, combined with clinical practice to talk about some observations. Try to use the prism to change the attention direction, match ball mirror to control the progress of myopia.
