摘　　要：介绍了基于丝网印刷技术的生物传感器,提出了一般用丝网印刷技术制作酶电极的材料及步骤,并分析了丝网生物传感器在食品及发酵行业中的应用。This passage introduces the living things sensor based on the screen printing. It focuses on introducing the materials, step and method of enzyme electrode printed by silk screen technology and analyzing the using of screen print living things sensor in food and ferment industry.
