关于护理视听教材制作的一些思考

摘　　要：结合《常用五十项护理操作技术》视听教材的制作，针对以往护理视听教材的不足，主要从拍摄思路和演示者培训方面进行了改革。指出以人为本的护理理念、规范的消毒隔离意识、严谨的查对制度是本视听教材的灵魂和关键，演示者的规范化培训是本视听教材得以顺利拍摄及发行的保障。By relating the making of audiovisual teaching material entitled Fifty Commonly Used Nursing Techniques, the present paper discusses the deficiency in previous audiovisual teaching materials for nursing, and proposes reform in ideas for shooting and demonstrator training. It points that peopleoriented concept of nursing, awareness of standardized disinfection and isolation, and strict checking regimen are the soul and key of this material. The successful shooting and publication of the teaching material is based upon standardized demonstrator training.
