摘　　要：文章描述了一个医学试题库管理系统的设计思想，阐述了在C／S模式下使用C#语言的实现方法和使用的关键技术，介绍并分析了多层架构以及基于角色的用户权限管理在其设计中的应用。This article describes an idea in designing a management system of medical test item database. The key techniques adopted are introduced and the realization using C# language based on the C/S model is described in great details. The application of the multi-layer framework and role-based access control are introduced and analyzed.
