摘 要:针对硫化机平板温度非线性、时变和分布稳态误差小等特点,结合PID和模糊控制的优点,提出了一种模糊自适应PID控制方法。对模糊自适应PID算法进行了理论分析,给出了该温控系统的硬件实现方法。对硫化机的简化模型进行了仿真。结果表明:采用模糊自适应PID控制,系统的调节时间缩短,响应速度加快,抗干扰能力和适应参数变化的能力都优于常规PID控制,具有更好的动态特性和稳定性,有效减小了温度的波动。Combining the advantages of PID controller and fuzzy control, a fuzzy adaptive PID controller was proposed for the characteristics of platen press, such as nonlinearity, time-varying and distributing steady-state error. The algorithm of fuzzy adaptive PID control was analyzed theoretically and the implementation method of the system hardware was expounded. The simplified model of platen press was simulated. The results show this fuzzy adaptive PID controller has the advantages of shortening the time for sys- tem readjustment, quickening the response speed. This system, with better dynamic property and stability, has higher anti-interfer- ence ability and adaptability to parameters' changing than conventional PID controller. All these can reduce the fluctuation of platen press temperature effectively.
