摘　　要：厂长负责制是国有企业改革实行的领导制度,它并不符合国有企业的性质和要求,实践中从而产生了一些问题。国有企业要进行国有资产管理体制的改革,由人大统一管理国有资产,解决政企不分的问题。与此同时,搞好民主管理,全心全意依靠工人阶级,确立职工的主人翁地位。Factory manager responsible mechanism is the leader system of SOE＇s reformations,but which is not suitable to the nature and requirements of SOE,and it caused some problems in practice.To realize the reformation of state-owned property administration system in SOE and solve the problem of mixing up the functions of the government and enterprises,state-owned property should be unified management by the National People＇s Congress.Meanwhile,through realizing the demorcratic managemen and relying on the working class whole-heartedly,we can ensure the staff and workers＇status as masters of the society.
