摘 要:目的了解中等职业卫生学校实验实训教师基本情况及学生和理论授课教师对教学的满意度,为提高实验实训教师教学水平提供参考依据。方法以吉林省在校生人数超过1 500名的3家中等职业卫生学校的实验实训教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈和座谈,调研实验实训教师的基本情况及学生和理论授课教师对其教学情况的评价,对结果进行描述性分析。结果实验实训教师30~45岁年龄段人数较少,占21.0%;学历均为成人教育学历;聘用制人员流行性大,工资待遇较低。学生对实验实训教师教学实验实训指导水平及物品准备工作基本满意以上的分别占59.7%和71.9%。理论授课教师对实验实训教师课程内容掌握和实验实训指导能力不满意度较高,分别为47.5%和46.5%。结论中等职业卫生学校实验实训教师人员结构不尽合理,学历和待遇偏低,临聘人员过多,学生满意度较低,难以承担实验实训发展的重任。Objectives To learn about the laboratory teachers' basic condition in secondary hygiene schools as well as to investigate the problem whether the students and teachers are satisfied with the current condition.To provide reference for the teachers who carry out the experiment teaching.Methods The research objects were teachers from three largest secondary occupation hygiene schools where the numbers of student were more than 1 500 in Jilin Province.Teaching evaluation were gained by carrying out a series of questionnaire surveys,interviews,discussions,and the investigation of students and teachers' basic situation.Descriptive static methods were applied for the analysis.Results The number of laboratory teachers aged from 30~45 was not enough relatively,only accounting for 21.0%;their education degrees were all adult education;most of them were employed staff and their wages were low.Basic satisfaction of the students to the laboratory teachers' instruction level and the articles' preparation accounted for over 59.7% and 71.9%.The theory teachers were not satisfied with the experiment and training teachers' ability and their master of the teaching curriculum,and the satisfaction levels were 47.5% and 46.5% respectively.Conclusions The teachers' staff structure in the secondary occupation school is not reasonable;their education degrees are low,and they are poorly paid;there is too many Temporary staff;the students are hard to be satisfied.Thus,it is difficult to undertake the important task of the development of experimental training.
