摘　　要：目的了解武汉市流浪精神病人的救治状态,探索其管理办法。方法对2009年1月～2010年12月在武汉市精神病医院接受治疗的流浪精神病人进行调查,统计资料包括人口学特征、病人来源和入住原因、诊断及伴发躯体疾病情况、住院时间及出院及安置情况等。结果流浪精神病人多由武汉市"110"联动送来以无名氏收治入院,其中男性123名(占47.13%),女性138名(占52.87%);当他们对社会治安造成影响时,由武汉市"110"联动送入武汉市精神病院;其中疾病诊断以精神分裂症(122例,占46.74%)为主;合并躯体性疾病的有119例,占45.60%;住院天数最短为1天,最长6年,平均为(139.21±111.23)天;两年期间正式出院仅132例,其余129例流浪精神病人仍在医院继续接受治疗。结论政府应继续加大投入、加快精神卫生防治体系建设、完善现行流浪乞讨精神病人的救助体制、完善法律等。Objectives To understand the treatment state of the vagrant mental patients in Wuhan,and to explore the management method of them.Methods Investigating the vagrant mental patients in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010,the statistics including ① demographic characteristics;②source of the patients,check-in reason;③ diagnosis and concomitant somatic diseases;④hospitalization time;⑤discharged and resettlement.Results The vagrant mental patients were usually sent by '110' linkage,and were admitted to the hospital as anonymous,123 were male(47.13%),and 138 were women(52.87%).Disease diagnosis: schizophrenia dominated by 122(46.74%) cases,and 119 cases(45.60%) combined somatic diseases.Hospitalization time: a minimum of 1 day,up to six years,the average was(139.21±111.23)days.During the two years there were only 132 cases formally discharged from hospital,the remaining 129 cases continue received treatment in hospital.Conclusions Vagrant mental patients are admitted to hospital easily but are discharged from hospital difficultly,easily staying in hospital long-term.There are a lot of other affairs to do besides medical services for the hospital,and the number of psychiatric beds is in tension,which thereby will affect the function of the medical institution.Suggested that the government should continue to increase the investment,accelerate the province's mental health prevention system,improve the existing assisting system for vagrant mental patients,improve the legal and so on.
