摘　　要：文章采用端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)增韧含有苯环结构的阻燃环氧树脂,配合使用无卤添加型阻燃剂得到挠性覆铜板用阻燃胶粘剂,用此胶粘剂制备了阻燃挠性覆铜板(FCCL)。分别通过热重分析仪(Tg)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)和其它仪器对胶粘剂和FCCL的热性能、机械性能、电性能等性能进行了全面的分析,并和市售环氧树脂产品进行了对比。结果表明,所制备的FCCL不仅阻燃性可达到UL94V-0级,而且综合性能优异,在实现无卤阻燃FCCL的市场上有一定的前景。A halogen-free flame retardant Flexible Copper Clad Laminate(FCCL) was prepared by liquid carboxyl-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber(CTBN),flame-retardant epoxy resin with benzene ring and flame retardant.The thermal properties,mechanical properties,electrical properties and other properties of FCCL was analysised by DSC,TGA and other ways.The results showed that compared with commercial FCCL,flame retardant one showed excellent properties.
