摘  要:介绍了土钉支护技术在我国的应用情况和研究的进展。土钉支护技术在我国取得了新的和较大的成功,尤其是通过竖向和水平向预应力加强的复合土钉支护,使土钉支护技术不但可用于超深基坑的支护,并且用于含软土和砂层等不良地层的支护,使之成为一项施工简便、造价低廉、应用广泛的支护技术。同时在设计计算理论方面也取得了新的发展,通过增量法研究了土钉力的受力机理,认识了土钉力沿基坑深度的分布是与土钉的设置过程有关的,对土钉力的分布得出了正确的认识,对土钉力的计算提出了合理的简化方法。从土钉支护的一些事故中发现,土钉支护稳定分析应充分注意含有软夹层时的非圆弧滑动的稳定问题。对土钉力的检测应注意一般的张拉试验的抗拔力是包含了滑动区和稳定区的抗拔力,而设计的土钉抗拔力是指稳定区部分的抗拔力。对土钉支护的位移计算进行了探索,提出了弹性简化计算法。对软弱土中的土钉发展了微型钢管击入注浆式等新式土钉。最后对土钉支护稳定计算提出一种简化法的设想:验算土钉在水平方向受力的安全性和垂直方向土体的承载力。我国的岩土工作者在支护型式和设计计算理论上所做的工作都使该项技术得到了丰富和完善。The application and progress of the soil nailing technology in China are decribed.The soil nailing technology has made new and great success.Especially the vertical and horizontal pre-stressed soil nailing retaining can be used in ultra-deep foundation pits and soft clay pits.The composite soil nailing has become a simple,inexpensive and widely-used support technology.At the same time the theoretical calculation has also made new development.The incremental method helps to study the mechanical mechanism of soil nailing retaining and makes us know that the force of soil nails is related to the construction process,so that it also helps to make reasonable calculation of the simplified method.Some accidents in soil nailing pits show that it’s necessary to pay attention to the non-circular sliding stability of the soft interlayers.It should be noted that the anti-pulling force is included in sliding region and stable region generally when detecting the soil nailing force.But the designed soil nailing force is only from the stable region.The displacement calculation of soil nailing walls is studied,and an elastic simplified method is put forward.Some new types of soil nailing retaining such as the micro piles combining with soil nails are proposed.Finally,there is a simplified idea about the stability calculation of soil nailing: checking soil-nail force in the horizontal direction and the safety of the bearing capacity of soils in the vertical direction.This method will be improved by geotechnical engineers who are engaged in the studies on soil nailing types and theoretical computation.
