摘 要:针对"上海中心大厦"塔楼区圆形基坑直径超大、开挖深度超深的特点,采取明挖顺作塔楼区基坑,塔楼区基坑设计采用了外径为123.4 m(内径为121 m)的大直径无内支撑圆形基坑。对其开挖实施的安全稳定进行分析,并在设计中采取相应的措施予以控制。通过信息化监测、监控和动态设计以及精心施工,保证了软土地区超深超大明挖顺作圆形基坑的安全稳定和顺利实施。其设计分析和研究可为软土地区同类工程提供借鉴和参考。With regard to the characteristics of large diameter and excavation depth of the circular foundation pit in the tower area of Shanghai Tower,the open excavation of basements in the tower area and the top-down method in the podium area are employed.Moreover,a cylinder-shaped diaphragm with the outer diameter of 123.4 m,1.2 m thick and 50m in height equipped with 6 ring beams is adopted as a lateral retaining structure for the basement excavation the in tower area.This scheme provides a faster program by means of no extra lateral supporting strut installation and demolition during excavation and basement construction.In view of the project scale(excavation depth and excavation area),design difficulty(excavation in soft clay,open excavation with cylinder-shaped diaphragm without lateral supporting strut),it is the first project in China mainland.Combined with the design and construction,the analysis and control of safety and stability of the circular foundation pit of Shanghai Tower are summarized,and it also intends to provide a reference for similar projects.
