摘 要:软土地层中地铁盾构隧道长期沉降与隧道的结构安全和地铁日常运营息息相关,受到工程界的重视。通过收集分析国内外典型软土地区盾构隧道长期沉降实例,指出施工扰动和管片漏水是长期沉降的最主要因素。然后结合苏州地铁的地表沉降监测数据,分析了盾构隧道施工期沉降的主要因素。最后在地铁隧道基底沉降实测数据的基础上,利用常用的数学模型,预测该隧道的长期沉降量。实测数据分析表明:由切口土压力、盾构外壳与地层的摩擦和盾尾注浆引起的施工扰动是引起地铁盾构隧道施工期沉降的主要原因,常用的数学模型能够大致地模拟地铁盾构隧道的长期沉降。The long-term settlement of subway shield tunnel in soft ground is closely bound up with security of tunnel and operation of subway.So engineers pay much attention to it.The worldwide settlement examples of shield tunnel show that construction disturbance and leakage of shield tunnel segment are the main reasons to cause the long-term settlement of shield tunnel in soft soil.Through the measured date of ground settlement at Suzhou subway,the influencing factors causing the settlement of shield tunnel during construction period are discussed.At the base of measured data of subway tunnel base settlement,the long-term settlement of tunnel through common mathematical models is predicted.The measured data indicates that construction disturbance caused by soil pressure of cutting zone,friction between shield shell and soil and grouting at shield tail is the main reason to cause settlement during construction period.The common mathematical models can modify the long-term settlement of shield tunnel and give rough predicted values.
