乳腺派杰氏病早期诊断及治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：分析乳腺派杰氏病的临床特点及诊断、治疗方法,使该病的确诊提前,减少误诊、误治。乳腺派杰氏病是一种罕见的皮肤上皮性肿瘤。因临床医师对该病认识不足,常造成误诊、误治。近年来,随着对其发病机制研究的深入,相应的诊断、治疗研究也取得了很大的进展。乳腺派杰氏病作为特殊类型乳腺癌,发病率低,误诊率高,早期诊断和治疗可获得长期生存。To explore an appropriate management for Paget's disease of the breast through analyzing the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment.Mammary Paget's disease is a rare skin epithelial neoplasm.Because lack of clinician awareness of the disease,often caused by misdiagnosis, wrong treatment.In recent years,with the depth of its pathogenesis,the corresponding diagnosis, treatment,research has also made great progress.As a special type of breast cancer,Paget's disease has the features of low morbidity,higher misdiagnosis and longer survival with early diagnosis and proper treatment.
