摘　　要：目的探讨顺铂对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖的影响。方法将肝癌细胞株传代培养至对数生长期,分组加入不同浓度的顺铂,并设空白对照组,用MTT比色法观察顺铂对体外培养的肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用,在光学显微镜下观察细胞形态学变化。结果 MTT比色法测定显示,顺铂作用于肝癌HepG2细胞后可以抑制其增殖且呈剂量依赖性。结论顺铂能抑制体外培养的肝癌Hepg2细胞的增殖。Objective To explore the effect of cisplatin on inhibiting proliferation of liver cancer HepG2 cells.Methods Cancer cell lines were cultured to exponential phase and divided into groups in which cisplatin of different concentration were added,while the untreated group was used as control.The inhibitory effect of cisplatin on cells was measured by MTT assay and the morphological changes of cells were also observed under optical microscope.Results MTT assay showed that cisplatin could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells in dose-dependent manner.Conclusion Cisplatin could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells.
