摘　　要：在输油管铺设问题中,为了降低管线的铺设费用,有必要设计出铺设费用最少的管线铺设模型。通过对两炼油厂与铁路的距离、两厂之间的距离、管线费用、管线是否共用等因素进行分析,设计了费用最少的管线铺设方案。It is necessary to work out a the least-cost model for pipeline laying from the perspective of decreasing cost.We put forward a design for such a model on the basis of analyzing the distance between a refinery and the railway,the distance between a refinery and another,the cost of pipeline laying and the sharing of pipeline.
