曲安奈德联合磷酸氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨曲安奈德联合磷酸氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效和安全性。方法:将采用曲安奈德进行治疗的35例口腔扁平苔藓患者为对照组,同期采用曲安奈德联合磷酸氯喹进行治疗的35例患者为观察组,两组患者的治疗总有效率、总不良反应发生率及治疗前后的疼痛评分、血清免疫球蛋白进行比较。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著性高于对照组,而总不良反应发生率低于对照组,疼痛评分及免疫球蛋白水平均低于对照组,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:曲安奈德联合磷酸氯喹治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效较佳,且安全性也较高。Objective:To study the effects and safety of triamcinolone acetonide and chloroquine phosphate in the treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods:35 patients with oral lichen planus who were treated with triamcinolone acetonide were selected as the control group,and 35 patients who were treated with triamcinolone acetonide and chloroquine phosphate at the same time were selected as the observation group,then the total effective rate,total incidence of adverse reactions and pain score,serum immunoglobulin before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,pain score and serum immunoglobulin were lower than those of the control group,P < 0.05,there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:The effects of triamcinolone acetonide and chloroquine phosphate in the treatment of oral lichen planus is better,and the therapy is safe.
