摘　　要：目的探讨健康成人汉语句子结尾词匹配和非匹配事件相关电位(ERP)的N400的变化特点。方法应用德国64导ERP仪,对35名20～55岁正常右利受试者进行汉语正常句子结尾词(匹配)与句子结尾歧义词(非匹配)N400的研究。结果64个头皮记录点皆在约400 ms处出现了一个负波,健康成人汉语句子N400波形较稳定。在Cz、Fz、Pz、C3、C4脑区,建立了健康成人汉语句子的N400潜伏期和波幅均值。结论 N400可作为一个有临床价值的ERP而用于精神科的评估。Objective To investigate the features of event-related potentials(ERP) component N400 when subjects recognizing Chinese sentences ending with matching and mismatching words.Methods N400 were recorded by Germany ERP instruments in 35 right-handed healthy adults,age from 20 to 55 years old,when recognizing Chinese sentences ending with matching(congruent) and mismatching(incongruent) words.Results A negative ERP component could be found in 64 scalp electrodes near 400 ms and the wave was stable.Mean values of N400 latencies and amplitudes in areas of Cz,Fz,Pz,C3 and C4 were obtained.Conclusion N400 could be used as a clinical value of ERP for psychiatric evaluation.
