摘 要:目的探讨不同胃癌手术方式对患者凝血功能的影响。方法将我院2009年4月到2010年4月之间收治的40例胃癌患者,随机分为A组和B组,A组采取腹腔镜手术,B组采取开腹手术。分别测定手术前、手术结束和术后24h的PT、APTT、INR和FIB及D-D等含量。结果两组的患者在手术结束和术后24h的APTT、INR较手术前无明显的差异(P>0.05)。在术后24h的PT两组较术前有明显的降低(P<0.05),组间比较无明显的差异(P>0.05)。两组的患者在手术结束和术后24h的FIB和D-D较治疗前有明显的升高(P<0.05),组间的比较具有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上采取腹腔镜手术和开腹手术均会促使患者的血液呈现高凝状态,从而增加手术后血栓形成的风险,且腹腔镜手术对患者的凝血功能影响更加明显,应在手术中引起注意。Objective To explore the different operation methods on the blood coagulation function of patients with gastric cancer effect.Methods In our hospital from 2009 April to 2010 April included 40 cases of gastric cancer patients according to different operation methods were randomly divided into A group and B group,A group adopted the laparoscopic operation,group B adopted open operation.PT,APTT,INR and FIB and D-D content were measured before operation,the end of operation and postoperative 24h.Results The two groups of patients at the end of operation and postoperative 24h APTT,INR compared with those before operation showed no significant difference(P>0.05).In the 24h after PT in group two than preoperative decrease obviously(P<0.05) ;comparison between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups of patients at the end of operation and postoperative 24h FIB and D-D markedly increased(P<0.05) ;between groups compared with the obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical laparoscopic operation and open operation to take all patients to induce blood hypercoagulable state after the operation,thereby increasing the risk of thrombosis,and laparoscopic operation on the coagulation function of patients with effects are more obvious;in the operation should be attracted attention.
