摘　　要：详细介绍科研教学管理与绩效考核信息系统在医院科研管理中的现实意义、设计思路与建立方法。并应用信息系统的数据分析功能,以科室或个人信息为基础,以量化指标体系为标准,以信息数据挖掘为手段,总结出开展有效的科研教学管理与绩效考核的方法。这种管理方式符合以人为本的管理理念,是现代医院管理的必由之路,值得深入研究。This paper fully described the practical significance, design ideas and applicable method of an information system to manage and assess performance of the scientific research and teaching in hospital administration. By using this system, the data could be collected in individual cases and quantitative evaluation could be obtained. Adopting the analysis function, more information could be found. The system is practicable to establish an efficient method to manage and assess performance. The people-oriented management is crucial to strengthen modernization of hospital administration. Further investigations will be needed.
